To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Users must conduct themselves respectfully within all community sections, including Fashion & Styling, Pageantry & Modelling, and Beauty & SkinCare forums. Harassment, hate speech, spam, and inappropriate content are strictly prohibited. Violation of community guidelines may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
All course materials available through TIGP Academy are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased courses. Redistribution, copying, or sharing of course content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
All purchases made through the TIGP Store are subject to our refund policy. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Credits earned on TIGP are non-transferable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify the credits system, including earning rates and redemption options, at any time. Fraudulent activity related to credits will result in account termination.
All content on TIGP, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TIGP or its content suppliers. Users retain ownership of content they post but grant TIGP a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.
Your use of TIGP is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data as described therein. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
TIGP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Platform during the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
